the location was really convenient. i walked easily to several places. also, the room had stylish furniture and it was spacious so i enjoyed resting there. the amenities in the room was great and well setup.

the internet connection was not stable. also, the shower drain was clogged, and the water did not flow properly. during my stay the room was not cleaned.

The location was superb. Alexanderplatz and a subway station were very close. I had the ability to leave my luggage in a dedicated area. The new furniture and large, modern bathroom were great. Everything was in perfect working order.

The lock system depended on a charged phone (what if the battery runs out?).

I found the location super convenient. I had a quadruple room and appreciated the balcony. The beddings are comfortable and spacious. The breakfast at Curtis had a lot of options.

The online check-in system posed a small challenge, but team resolved it quickly.

The bathroom was great it had excellent facilities.

The lock system was terrible I had to constantly ensure my phone was charged to slide and unlock. It was still not working I had to ask for assistance which I found frustrating. The room did not appear properly serviced the mirror had toothpaste dribbles on it.
